(1) We are dedicated to providing a first class Skin Care Treatment service for Ladies and Gentlemen. Since early 2010  Cream formulations have been and are continuing to be developed as standard. Standard Creams & Lotions can be bought online.

 All creams are made from Plant based products using tried & tested skin care techniques and readily available ingredients only. Please post any comments you would like to make through the *Contact* form indicated above

(2) Contacting us:  Please note that our phones are not manned continuously as our professionals are busy with treating others. If no one is available to answer your call the best way to "Contact" us is through the Website.

 (3) Shipping and Handling:  There is a £7.99 International shipping charge for orders below £47.50 in value - above this value creams are sent Post Free. We  use  the  EMS international tracking service for worldwide delivery when  your  payment  has been verified.

 (4) Delivery Schedule:  Delivery times will vary according to our stock levels. All orders are sent internationally tracked. Please ensure that you send us a Full Delivery Address and Post Code as we  cannot  be  held  responsible  for mis-directed orders. We cannot guarantee levels of delivery service or timescales for delivery as we are subject to the third party terms and conditions. We cannot be held responsible for failing to deliver creams in circumstances beyond our contol, (e.g if a basic ingredient becomes temporarily unavailable) although we will try to source from another supplier.

 (5) VAT: All international orders are supplied VAT free until further notice when we shall signal a change in these Terms and Conditions.

 (6) Returns/Refunds: Damaged goods will be replaced but the responsibility for the cost of the return postage must be borne by the sender. The return cost of postage of any replacement creams sent by us, in this instance, will be paid by us. Unopened, unused creams returned within 30 days will be partly refunded provided that the cost of postage is borne by the sender. A handling charge is £5.00 and will be deducted from the original order value.. We cannot accept returns that have been opened.

 (7) Credit/Debit Card Security: Complexionsuk uses Paypal to process orders – one of the most effective anti-fraud and secure payment processes. We do not need to know your confidential card details for a successful and safe transaction to be made.

 (8) Privacy Policy; We will not disclose to any third party buyer's information other than those details necessary as part of the ordering process.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of your shopping cart, to store Delivery Addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if the “Remember Me” option is used. They are also used at “logging in”. We delete all customer information after 30 days when the window for returning faulty goods has elapsed.
